ย Ken Kelly and Brigitte Hansoul are the co-founders of The One Process, a body of work dedicated to awakening, non-dual recognition, therapeutic presence, and the integration of this understanding into everyday life.
Together, they bring decades of experience in teaching, psychotherapy, retreats, training, and direct spiritual exploration. Ken is a non-dual teacher, psychic medium, and creator of The One Question and The One Answer. Brigitte is a psychologist, psychotherapist, non-dual therapist, and teacher. Their shared work brings together direct awakening, psychological depth, emotional integration, intuition, and embodied presence.
Through The One Process, they offer retreats, live calls, private sessions, training programs, and experiential explorations that invite people to see through the illusion of separation and recognize the wholeness that is already present. Their work is not about adopting a new belief system, but about direct experience โ meeting what is here with clarity, honesty, presence, and love.
They have also developed a non-dual therapy training for therapists and practitioners who wish to bring presence, self-inquiry, and non-dual understanding into their therapeutic work. Ken and Brigitte also serve on the Board of Therapeutia, Training Institute for Psychotherapy, with Brigitte as President and Ken as Vice President, and are the founders of The Process AISBL, an international non-profit created to make teachings and programs on awakening more accessible.
Over the years, their retreats and programs have supported hundreds of students in approaching, recognizing, and deepening the experience of awakening.

I am a psychologist, psychotherapist, non-dual therapist, teacher, and co-facilitator of The One Process.
For many years, I have accompanied people in their healing, awakening, and inner transformation. My work brings together psychological understanding, therapeutic presence, emotional integration, and the non-dual recognition that what we are is not separate from life itself.
In this work, I am interested in meeting what is here with honesty, tenderness, and clarity. Emotions, wounds, fears, patterns, and relational difficulties are not treated as problems to get rid of, but as invitations to look more deeply and to discover what is already whole beneath the appearance of separation.
Alongside Ken Kelly, I co-facilitate retreats, trainings, live calls, and experiential explorations through The One Process. My role is often to support the integration of the work โ helping people understand, feel, embody, and live what is being recognized.
For me, awakening is not separate from daily life, relationships, the body, emotion, or the human heart. It is an invitation to meet everything as part of one movement, one process, one wholeness.

I am a psychic medium, non-dual teacher, therapist/guide, and co-creator of The One Process.
Since 1998, I have been teaching The One Question and The One Answer. This work came through intuitively and has become part of my life mission. Over the years, it has unfolded into a larger body of teaching that includes The One Process, BEYOND, retreats, private sessions, live calls, and courses.
The heart of my work is very simple: we suffer because we believe in separation. We believe there is a separate self, separate parts, separate answers, separate problems, and separate places we need to get to. But when we look more deeply, we begin to see that everything is part of one movement. There is only one thing happening.
In my work, I may use words like body, mind, heart, intuition, thought, feeling, guidance, masculine, feminine, or spirit. These words can be helpful in conversation, but they are not ultimately separate things. They are appearances within the One. The deeper invitation is to see through the story of separation and return to what is already whole.
Through private sessions, retreats, and live teaching, I guide people into a more direct recognition of their true nature, their natural knowing, and the deeper clarity that is always already here.
