What this is
Every Sunday evening
This isn't a course to finish or a ladder to climb. It's a weekly rhythm: the same hour, week after week, while the seeing settles into your ordinary days.
We meet live every Sunday, 7:00-8:00 PM / 19:00-20:00 Paris time. Four calls a month; in months with a fifth Sunday, there is no call that week. The dates for each month are announced at the start of it.
Sometimes there's teaching. Sometimes a guided exploration. Sometimes it's simply your question, and the space to meet it. Nothing is performed, and nothing is rushed.
Whatever we begin with on a given evening, we are doing one thing: showing how it all fits together. That is The One Process.

What happens on the calls
Four calls a month, around an hour each
We meet live on Zoom, Sundays 7:00-8:00 PM / 19:00-20:00 Paris time. A call usually holds some of:
- Teaching. An unhurried look at one facet of the work.
- Guided exploration. Attention turning gently back on itself.
- Your questions. Met directly, in your own words.
- Quiet. Time to let what's seen settle, rather than be filed away.
Calls are led by Ken and Brigitte. Each one is recorded, so if you can't be there live, the replay is waiting for you inside the membership.

A note on language
You will always be able to understand us
Everything here is given in English, and it is set up so you can follow and receive it in your own language.
Brigitte translates live, so you can follow in French as I speak. She also teaches on some evenings.
Alongside that, each call carries live French subtitles, and every call is transcribed. A replay is provided afterward, so you can watch it again in your own time.
So please know: you will always be able to understand us in your own language.
What we look at
It looks like many. It is one.
The One Question, The One Answer, The Wheel of Illusion, and the whole of your ordinary life: these can seem like separate subjects. They are not. Seeing how they are one thing is what we are here to do.

How one belief becomes a thought, becomes a feeling, becomes an action, becomes the life you then call real, and how the whole wheel loosens the moment it is seen.
Living from consciousness
Bringing all of this down into the everyday: relationships, work, the body, an ordinary afternoon. Not a special state to reach. The ground you were already standing on.
We will look at these one at a time, because that is how they come. But the whole purpose of these calls is to show you how they fit together, and that fitting together is The One Process. It appears as many. In the beginning and in the end, it is one.

- A recording of every call from the month you join, kept for as long as you are a member, plus the two August foundation calls.
- Live French translation, French subtitles, and a transcript of every call.
- The practices given on the calls, to return to if you want.
- Space to bring your own questions and be met directly.
- The freedom to stay month to month, and to leave whenever you wish.
Join whenever you like: the whole of that month is yours from the moment you join, including the replays of any calls already held that month. It then renews on the same date each month.

A few things you might be wondering
Who leads the calls?
Ken and Brigitte. The teaching is the same one you’ll know from their retreats and trainings.
When are the calls?
Sundays, 7:00-8:00 PM Paris time, live on Zoom. Four calls a month.
A handful of months have a fifth Sunday. On those we take the extra Sunday off, so it stays four calls a month throughout the year.
What if I join in the middle of a month?
Join whenever you like. You're billed on the day you join, and the whole of that calendar month is yours straight away, including the replays of any calls that have already happened that month.
After that it renews on the same date each month, and you can stop whenever you wish.
If any of that is unclear, please just ask. We would rather answer a question than leave you wondering.
What if I can’t attend live?
Every call is recorded and added to the membership afterward. From the month you join, the replays are yours for as long as you stay, and the two August foundation calls are there from day one. Many members do both, live when they can, replay when they can't.
I don’t speak English well. Can I still take part?
Everything is given in English, and Brigitte translates live so you can follow in French as Ken speaks. She also teaches on some evenings.
Each call also carries live French subtitles and is transcribed, and the replay is yours to return to.
Do I need any experience?
No. Newcomers and long-time students sit side by side here. Come as you are.
How much is it, and can I cancel?
It's €47 a month, month to month. You can cancel anytime, from your own account. There's no fixed term and nothing to negotiate.
Do I need to be in any other programme?
No. This stands on its own. Come as you are.
