Please read these terms before using this site. By using it, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

This site is run by The Process aisbl, a non-profit association registered in Belgium at 51 rue Borrens, 1050 Brussels, VAT number BE0641998656. We are referred to below as "we" or "us".

These terms cover theoneprocess.org and theoneprocess.com, and anything you buy through them.

2. What we offer

We teach. The site carries free material, live online calls, recordings, courses, private sessions and a paid membership.

This is teaching, not therapy, and not medical or psychological treatment. It is not a substitute for professional care. If you are dealing with something that needs professional support, please seek it. You are responsible for judging whether this work suits you at a given time, and if you have any doubt, we would rather you spoke to someone qualified before joining.

3. Your account

You need an account to access anything paid for. Keep your password to yourself. The account is yours alone and you may not share access with anyone else.

Tell us promptly if you think someone else has got into your account.

4. The membership

The membership costs €47 per month and renews automatically until you cancel. We hold four live calls a month, on Sundays, 7:00 to 8:00 PM Paris time. In a month with five Sundays we take one off.

Calls are recorded and replays are available to members. Occasionally a call may be moved or cancelled; if that happens we will tell you as soon as we can and, where we can, offer another date.

Cancelling, your 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU, and the consent we ask for at checkout when access begins immediately, are all covered in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

5. Payment

Payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal. We do not see or store your card details.

Prices include VAT where it applies. If a payment fails we may try again, and if it keeps failing we may suspend access until it is settled.

6. Recording, and your privacy on calls

We record the live calls, and the recording is made available to members as a replay.

If you speak, ask a question, or have your camera on, you may appear in that recording. If you would rather not appear, keep your camera off and use the chat, or write to us beforehand and we will work around it.

You may not record, screenshot, download or share any call, in whole or in part. What other people bring to a call stays in the call. This matters more than any other rule here: people speak openly because the room is private, and it only stays private if everyone holds it.

7. What you may and may not do with our material

Everything on the site, the teaching, videos, audio, text, images and the material inside the membership, belongs to us or to the people we licensed it from. That includes The One Question, The One Answer, The One Process and The Wheel of Illusion.

You may use it for yourself. You may not copy it, republish it, sell it, share your access, use it to teach others, or feed it into any system that reproduces or trains on it, without our written permission.

If you think something of yours has been used here without permission, write to [email protected] with the details and we will look into it.

8. What you write to us

If you send us a question, a comment or a suggestion, we may use it to shape the teaching, and we may refer to it anonymously. We will not identify you without asking first.

9. What we do and do not promise

We put real care into what we teach and into keeping the site working. We cannot promise the site will always be available, or free of errors, or that any particular thing will happen for you as a result of this work. Nothing here is a guarantee of any outcome.

10. Where our responsibility ends

We are responsible for loss caused by our failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for indirect loss, or for problems caused by services we do not control, such as your internet connection, Zoom, or a payment provider.

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by anything in these terms.

11. Ending access

You may close your account at any time.

We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, in particular by sharing access or recordings. Where we do that and you have paid for a period not yet used, we will refund the unused part unless the breach was serious.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell members by email. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.

13. Law, and where disputes go

Belgian law applies.

If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, and the competent court is that of your own place of residence, as consumer law requires. For anyone who is not a consumer, the courts of Brussels have exclusive jurisdiction.

If part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
